Diane is previously the author of Angels and IPOs, a public policy book about the equity financing of small businesses in Ireland. She researched and wrote that book while a Visiting Fellow at Trinity College Dublin's Policy Institute. 

Diane's commentary pieces and articles about her work have appeared in the European Venture Capital Journal, Private Equity International, the Irish Times, the Irish Independent, The Sunday Times, the Sunday Business Post, Business Plus, and the Kansas City Business Journal. She has also written book chapters, case studies and is a regular restaurant reviewer and published travel writer.  

Diane works frequently as a consultant to venture capital firms and early stage companies, helping them with due diligence, business plan writing, financing strategy and deal structuring.
